Working closely with the Client, we were able to design the mechanical and electrical services required for this £280k project, thereby creating a suitable learning space for teaching staff and students. Refurbished areas included forming two new classrooms, new staff-room, new reception area, new headmaster’s office and link corridor.
In addition to the building refurbishment areas, it was deemed that the existing oil fired boiler plant was beyond it’s life expectancy, inefficient and required replacing. Therefore, we provided a new gas service to the school along with new high efficiency gas fired boilers, associated plant and Building Management Controls (BMS) system.
