Tracy Park Golf & Country Hotel proposed refurbishment and development

Tracy Park Golf & Country Hotel, near the World Heritage City of Bath, is a luxurious 19th century Jacobean manor house hotel. We are delighted to have been appointed to assist and provide our sustainable and renewable energy statement to accompany the planning application for the hotel’s extensive proposed refurbishment and development. The refurbishment and development will increase the number of guests and provide a new breath of fresh air into the hotel and facilities. Based on our intensive specialist energy analysis, we were able to present our suitable energy, sustainable and renewable solutions to ensure the proposed project not only meets the required 20% reduction of carbon emissions but exceeds this planning requirement.
