Oatway Design Ltd were pleased to have been appointed to supply the mechanical and electrical design duties for this new family residence located on this picturesque coastline in Devon. Our design duties included all aspects of the services design from RIBA Stage 2 – 5 inclusive, also completing the Building Regulations Part L ‘As Designed’ SAP assessment.

This comprised of negotiation with an LPG gas supplier to provide a new service to the property, underfloor heating system complete with APP based IP smart controls system, whole house Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system, renewable photo-voltaic system, water services, fire alarm, CCTV, security systems, electrical small power and electrical infrastructure. We also worked closely with the Client appointed specialist lighting and bathroom designers.

We worked intensively to ensure the Clients requirements and vision were fully achieved, which I believe were achieved.
