Devon Manor House

Oatway Design Ltd are proud to have been involved in this substantial listed residential project.

Over many years the Client had experienced problems with their existing heating system. We were asked to redesign and update the existing low temperature hot water heating system along with the heating systems controls, after these historical problems, the client finally received the system that they expected.

This included the refurbishment and renewal of the existing heating circuits/zones with connection to the existing biomass system, and the installation of a controls system to allow the Client suitable controls over the heating/hot water systems.

The client was extremely satisfied with the services we offered and was pleased to leave us with a testimony which can be found in the relevant section of the website.
