Bristol and West House Apartment Block, Bournemouth

We were pleased to be involved in this £3m (est) redevelopment to this iconic building in the centre of Bournemouth. The existing building’s retail tenants occupied the ground floor, whilst the remaining 4 floors were converted into 38 independent high-end apartments.

Working closely with the services contractor we were able to complete the mechanical and electrical services detailed design (RIBA stages 3 and 4) for the £690k services fit-out of this particularly challenging project, as there were considerable spatial restrictions and the necessity of having to work with the existing retail unit’s infrastructure.
