This new large family residence with swimming pool located on the spectacular North Cornwall coastline, was a project that Oatway Design Ltd were delighted to have been appointed to provide the mechanical and electrical design duties for. Our design duties included all aspects of the services design from RIBA Stage 2 – 5 inclusive, and also completing the Building Regulations Part L ‘As Designed’ SAP assessment.
The building services for this property consisted of, an underfloor heating system complete with smart controls, ground source heat pump, local point of use extract ventilation systems, domestic water services, fire alarm, CCTV, security systems, electrical small power and electrical infrastructure. Client appointed lighting and Audio-Visual specialists, along with bathroom designers were used, with whom we worked closely with.
The Clients expectations and requirements were fully realised through communication and comprehensive engineering.
