We’re honoured to have led the RIBA Stage 3 and 4 Mechanical and Electrical Services design of a new four storey care home – Castle View Care Home, Salisbury earlier this year. The design standard was set high as our clients are already an award winning and highly regarded provider. 

This new unit will have over 30 bedrooms and a diverse range of leisure facilities including health and beauty, assisted bath / spa area and clubhouse. As well as excellent facilities for residents, the design team has ensured the comfort and welfare of staff is valued with zones for care workers built in.

As a business we pride ourselves on integrating renewables within our designs and even though the care sector is heavily regulated and in a cost sensitive environment we ensured we did not compromise. This project balances sustainability, comfort and compliance for residents, staff and visitors. Our customer, a care home specialist supplier agreed:
