We have been fortunate to be awarded some fantastic and interesting projects over the past few months which are currently at various phases of design or construction. These include:
Mechanical and Electrical Services Various Condition Surveys
We are delighted to have been chosen to carry out various mechanical and electrical building services condition surveys on behalf of a local housing/accommodation association. This includes visiting various large supported accommodation properties throughout Devon and Cornwall, and providing the Client with a full description of the services, the condition of these services, the life expectancy of these system and any remedial works required. All of which will hopefully give the Client a full understanding of the condition of these services throughout their properties allowing them to budget for any replacement or remedial works required.
New 6 Bedroom domestic dwelling
We are delighted to have been appointed to complete the full mechanical and electrical services design, and site duties for this ‘high end’ new 6 bedroom domestic dwelling in Thurlestone, Devon. This is a very exciting project working closely with the Client to assure our design reflects their needs and requirements. Keep an eye on our website for further information once the project design has been complete and this sensational building starts to take form on site.
New Office Development for LTC (Group87) Ltd
Toward the end of last year we were appointed to complete full mechanical and electrical design duties for this exciting project. Due to unforeseen circumstances this project has been delayed, but we’re full steam ahead now and looking forward to the project moving forward with Contractors starting on site soon. Again keep an eye on our website for further updates and pictures.
Services Infrastructure Design
Again we find ourselves delighted to have been appointed to complete the mechanical and electrical services infrastructure design consultants for this new domestic dwelling complex in Plymouth. The surveys have been completed on this historical/listed building complex, and we are currently completing the services infrastructure design on behalf of the Client. Again this is a very exciting project for Plymouth which I’m sure will provide some wonderful dwellings within this sympathetic and charming surroundings.
Various projects On-Site
We currently have various projects which are on site these include Ipplepen Health Centre project, much needed Refurbishment of a local manufacturing companies employee facilities which include new changing, shower and toilet facilities and a fit-out of a new solicitors office and customer building in Devon.
